Art Exhibit "People and Places" Show Opening

Please join us for our “People and Places: Photography as Observation” Art Exhibit Opening on Saturday, October 10th from 5:00-8:00pm.

"People and Places: Photography As Observation” is a curated exhibition centered around photographic representations of people and places at a time of immense change, disruption, and uncertainty. Featuring the work of local and visiting artists Norlan Olivo, Carlos De La Rosa, Ricardo Castro, Laurie A. Guzda, Nicholas Mehedin and Glenn Lieberman, the exhibition is an exploration of photography in the wake of a global pandemic and an international reckoning on race, class, power, and oppression, and an opportunity to share stories, perspectives, and ideas at this unprecedented moment in history.

As we continue to re-open, we are following the guidelines of the New York State Department of Health for Phase 4 Arts Organizations.

We are pleased to announce we have reinstated our show openings with a new format for everyone’s safety. Openings will now take place as 20 minute Curator guided tours in groups of six or less. Pre-registration is required.  Tours will begin every 30 minutes beginning at 5 PM, with the last tour starting at 7:30 PM. Tours will depart from The Upper Delaware Welcome Center in Suite 105 at The Union.  Tour registrants should meet on the Patio outside Suite 105.  The Patio is located on the Bridge Street side of the Union.
