Now on display: Focus on Ceramics thru Saturday, December 14.

The concept of the show is that photos of the artist’s ceramics will be displayed on the walls. Artists chose photos of their ceramics making process, from clay on a slab roller to candid photos of people with their ceramics pieces. Some artists chose pieces that they are experimenting with in their studios or photographed their pieces in unconventional locations. Ceramics is a tactile medium and people want to feel them in their hands, but seeing them flat on the walls will evoke other feelings and thoughts. The actual ceramics pieces are for sale and some are one of a kind, others have multiples of them. The pieces range from functional, wearable, sculptural, experimental, to conceptual.
