“Narrowsburg Noël, The Elf Stays in the Picture,” a 16 x 20 pastel “nocturne” by Karen Meneghin, is a scenic painting of the Narrowsburg Tree Lighting at dusk, capturing Main Street aglow with holiday revelers celebrating the moment and against the scenic backdrop of The Big Eddy in Narrowsburg NY.

“Narrowsburg Noël,” will be on display at Narrowsburg Proper from  Saturday, December 16 to Saturday, December 23 at 5 PM.
